Privacy policy

EXOSATI Travel is run by Anita Pugh, an independent travel advisor in Spring Hill, Florida, who books trips as an affiliate of Cruise Brothers. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. "I," "me" and "my" below mean Anita Pugh / EXOSATI Travel.
What I collect
- Trip requests. When you send a trip request, I collect your name, email, phone number if you give it, the kind of trip, your dates, the number of travelers, how you heard about me, any details you add, and whether you agreed to be contacted by email, phone or text.
- Deal emails. When you sign up for cruise deals, I collect your email address and record when you agreed to receive them and the wording you agreed to.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, the hosting provider processes your IP address and browser information to deliver pages and block abuse. I store your browser type and approximate country with your request.
How I use it
- To answer your trip request, send you options, and book your trip if you decide to go ahead.
- To contact you about your trip by email or phone, and by text only if you checked the separate box for texts.
- To send cruise deals and travel ideas, only if you signed up for them.
- To keep the website secure and working.
I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who I share it with
- To book your trip: Cruise Brothers, the agency I book through, and the cruise lines, resorts, tour companies and other suppliers that provide your trip receive the details they need for your booking.
- Service providers: Cloudflare hosts this website, stores requests and delivers them to my email. Google provides my email and the fonts on this site. If I start sending deal emails through an email service, it will receive your email address only to send them.
- When required: I may share information if the law requires it, or to protect someone's rights or safety.
Cookies and other websites
This website does not set its own advertising or analytics cookies. The cruise search and the "Full details" deal links are provided by Cruise Brothers on their own website, which has its own privacy policy and may set cookies, including one that tells Cruise Brothers I referred you. Deal photos are loaded from cruisebrothers.com, and fonts from Google Fonts, which receive your IP address when your browser requests them. If I add advertising or analytics tags to this site, I will update this policy first.
Texts and calls
If you agreed to be contacted, I may email or call you about your trip. I text you only if you also checked the separate, optional box for texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email me. I record the wording you agreed to and when. Agreeing is never a condition of booking.
How long I keep it
Trip requests on this website are deleted automatically 24 months after you send them, or sooner if you ask. If you book, your booking records are kept as long as needed for your trip and for tax and legal records. Deal-email signups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove you.
Your choices
You can ask what information I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, unsubscribe from deal emails, or tell me to stop contacting you at any time by emailing mojowoman19@gmail.com. I will respond within 30 days.
Security
Your information is stored with the hosting provider and is accessible only to me and the person who manages this website for me. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect it.
Children
This website is meant for adults planning travel and is not directed to anyone under 18. I do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If I change this policy, I will post the new version here with a new effective date.
